President’s Welcome
Since 1911, Saint Paul’s School has offered strong academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs in a safe and disciplined environment while encouraging young men to live the Gospel values of Jesus. As a Lasallian Catholic institution, we are part of a global tradition of academic excellence that began in Reims, France, in 1680, with our Founder Saint John Baptist de La Salle, the Patron Saint of All Teachers. Today, the De La Salle Christian Brothers operate schools in 80 countries and serve over one million students.
Our Lasallian charism calls for us to offer a human and Christian education to all. Accordingly, Saint Paul’s offers programs and support systems that meet the needs of all students ranging from our vast Advanced Placement offerings to our Core Pack program for students with exceptionalities.
The foundation of our mission is built upon the Five Core Lasallian Principles. Faith in the Presence of God is manifest in the daily prayer life of all faculty and students. Concern for the Poor and Social Justice is evidenced in the innumerable service hours and projects that our students complete annually. Respect for All Persons is seen in the daily positive interaction among the students and faculty and in the greater community. An Inclusive Community means that our doors are open to all. Lastly, Quality Education is affirmed in Saint Paul’s being a consecutive National Blue Ribbon Awardee in 2015 and 2021.
Saint Paul’s School is a student-centered environment in which all decisions are made in consideration of what is best for the young men entrusted to our care. The majority of our instructors have completed advanced Lasallian programs of study, and as a result, the relationship between students and faculty is one of the many strengths of the school and a hallmark of Lasallian education.
The offerings at Saint Paul’s are vast. A student’s experience may be enhanced by any of the school’s 50 clubs or 18 athletic teams. Moreover, the academic elective options allow students to explore future college majors and careers. The school offers extensive programs in engineering, computer science, business, Fine Arts, music, and biomedical sciences, to name a few.
All in all, Saint Paul’s School continues to be a great place for young men to grow, and our desired result for all alumni is to be Lasallian men of faith who continue to mature intellectually, spiritually, and morally beyond commencement and habitually exhibit integrity and dependability as they do the ordinary extraordinarily well.
Live, Jesus, in our hearts! Forever!
